This talent show is for amateur acts only. Names, addresses, and telephone numbers of ALL participants MUST be listed. 2. The Release & Indemnity statement MUST be completed & signed by all adult participants. For all minors, THE LEGAL GUARDIAN OR PARENT MUST complete & sign this statement. Participants will be rejected if the Release & Indemnity statement is not 100% in compliance. 3. The time limit for each act is 5 minutes. All acts must be appropriate for the family atmosphere of the event. No profanity is allowed. 4. Acts will be judged on originality, creativity, presentation, audience appeal & general showmanship. Each act will compete once. Judging will be completed by four judges whose individual vote is worth 20 points and members of the audience whose vote is counted as one. 5. All acts MUST be ready to perform within 5 to10 seconds after introductions. 6. Unless the act requires no music, or the act uses acceptable musical instruments, all acts must use & submit a high quality CD of their music, which is ready to play.
